Here are some tips on how to coach your Hostess for her Facebook Party.
EDUCATE HER
The moment your host says she wants to book a party with you, share with her what makes a successful host!
You could make a video of YOURSELF sharing the 2 main things she needs to do:
1. Personal message every guest to get them to join the event
2. Comment and Like every post you make during the party.
If she knows what you want BEFORE she books will be ready to do the things you want during the party! And this is a game-changer to have AWESOME hosts!!
SPOIL HER
As soon as you have confirmed her booking, let the spoiling begin!!
You want to make sure your host is getting our wraps on her hands before her party. That way you can trouble shoot with her (if they have application issues) and this gets them so much more excited and wanting MORE!!
Here's what I MAIL them after they have booked:
Catalog (sometimes more than one - this really gets them hooked)
Free manicure booking prize
accent sheet to play with
host/join brochure
my business card
5-10 samples for her to hand out to friends
a cute note saying I'm excited to party with them
FRIEND HER
One of the most important things in this business is RELATIONSHIPS! So immediately "friend" your hosts on Facebook.
The next week they will get to see your personal posts and you theirs, you have the opportunity to interact. They begin to feel like they "know" you and you start to build that relationship.
FOLLOW UP
ABSOLUTELY make sure you check in with your host a few times before your party! Don't let her book with you and then never hear from you. BUILD THAT RELATIONSHIP!
"Are you getting excited for you party?? I can't wait!"
"How did your application go? Show me some photos!"
WORK WITH HER
WE!! know how critical it is to get around 20-25 ladies to join in her party so that it is successful --- but your host doesn't!
When your host invites her guests to the event -- on the right hand side under where it lists the guests -- she can click on message guests -- she can then type out one message -- and select each guest she wants to receive it and it will individually send it to each of those guests and include a link to the event.
You can also play a game to start your event - the first 25 ladies to rsvp with YES are entered in to win a prize!
Work closely with her until you have arrived at a high number of ladies joined. Don't leave her on her own - she needs your help, you are the expert.
LET HER SET THE STAGE
Ask your host to write up a few sentences about what she loves about Jamberry.
A couple days before her party begins, have her post it on the party wall with a photo of her showing off her mani.
Nothing speaks louder than the testimony of a friend, so this will set the stage for her friends to realize our products are worth looking into!
COMMUNICATE WITH HER
Every day of her party - talk to your host! Check in EVERY day with a sales update like this:
"Yayyy!! Day 2 of your party has begun! We are at $75 in sales and you did an exceptional job yesterday engaging your guests! Keep commenting on EVERY post I make today and let's DO THIS!!"
See how her day is going! Find out more about her. BUILD THAT RELATIONSHIP!
PRAISE HER
Encourage your host in the directions you want her to go by praising her for the things you see she's doing that you want her to keep doing. Nothing motivates like verbal affirmation!
You can message her things like this:
"You are working this party into the ground! Awesome job!"
"Way to comment on every post!! You are killing it!"
HAVE HER POST WRAPS
Ask your host what her top 2 favorite wish-list wraps are. Then send her a photo of one of them and say something like:
"If you want, go ahead and post this photo and say something like "I can't wait to get my hands on this wrap! It's so gorgeous! What wraps are you eyeing up??"
Try and do it twice during the party. Having her post in the party shows her enthusiasm and gets her guests to see what she loves!
"JAM FLIRT" WITH HER
"Jam flirt" with your host to plant seeds of joining! Tell them they are so good at hosting, that they are a natural at sharing their love for the product, etc.
That they should totally think about being a consultant! Have they ever considered it?
Plant seeds of how they would be a great consultant! But only share things that you truly mean!! No flattery!
ALWAYS STAY POSITIVE & HOPEFUL
EVEN when you are dealing with a host who seems uncooperative, unexcited and doesn't do the things you suggest - STAY POSITIVE.
Sometimes you may have a host who starts out like that, but with the continued encouragement they may end up being awesome hosts by the end!!
Give her a GOOD EXPERIENCE no matter how she responds to you!! Don't show your frustration - treat her as you would like to be treated!!
