What should you put in your Hostess Packs?? I like to make mine exciting for the hostess while being the most cost effective that I can be.
- One of the most important things to me is to include a handwritten note! Make it reflect your own personality, it can be very simple but it's a special touch to help build that relationship with your Hostess!
- I also include a free manicure and a sheet of 5 accent wraps for the Hostess to have fun and play with before her party. I try to send one in the Hostesses favorite colour!!
- My business card.
- 1 or 2 Catalogs
- 4 Order Forms
- Like it/Love it Brochure
- some postcards
- 4-15 samples on the application instructions sheet (which I stamp with my information on the back). If it is for a home party I only send around 4 samples for any guests who aren't able to make it. If it is for an online party I normally send about 7-15 samples for her to hand out to friends and family that will be attending the party.
Absolutely always make it look pretty!! We want our hostesses to feel special and to be excited! If you are handing these out at a vendor event or party then you can put everything in a pretty bag. I wrap mine up in scrapbooking paper so that I can easily pop them in the mail, or put a pretty bow and ribbon on them and hand them out.
I buy a pack of Scrapbooking paper from Walmart for $10-$15 for 65-100 pieces!
Annnnd I add a small treat (candy) either inside or I'll tape it to the top of the package!
