Power Hour Activities!!


Did you know that 12 activities a day are recommended for consistent growth and upkeep in your business??
For your POWER HOUR each day (4-5 times a week) Pick 2 things from each of the following categories and complete them for a well balanced buisness!
That way our businesses won't be lopsided or lacking in an area, they will build evenly in all areas!


You can print this off and laminate it so that you can check them off with dry erase markers to keep track each day/week.  Or write them down in your planner!


Customer Follow Up

  • Make a list of people you think would love Jamberry.  Send them a sample.
  • Share tips and tricks, youtube videos, images, or other fun and helpful ideas in your VIP group.
  • Send out a mailer with a new sample sheet to your best customers to say hello.
  • Do a ROAK on your customer page (check out Team Training to see what Roak is)
  • Market a product you don't normally try to sell.  See what kind of new customers it can drum up.
  • Send customers a pedi pack and encourage them to try Jamberry on their toes.
  • Think of a cause that you Love and create a NAS wrap to promote it.
  • Follow up with all customers who purchased last month
  • Offer FREE samples on your wall today.  Offer nourish samples to shake things up.
  • If you do not have a VIP group, create one!
  • Contact 5 past customers who did not purchase last month.
  • Check your new customers from a consultant roll-up.  Check in with them and let them know you are here to help if they need you.
  • Mail out thank you's for purchases this week.

Bookings

  • Book a party!  Typically if you ask 10 people you will book at least one!  Offer them a theme party, birthday party, fundraiser, etc.
  • Make party packs so they are ready to send out - home party and online party packs
  • post in online parties
  • create a mystery host party
  • Front load next month 
  • Leave books (even retired catalogs) in different waiting rooms
  • Contact local groups to see if they are interested in a fun muffins and manis demo - ie) church groups, mom and me groups, rock and talks, book clubs, etc.
  • Get out of the house to apply your next mani - library, coffee shop, etc.
  • Find a restaurant that will offer you a room for free and set up a nail bar
  • Set up a fish bowl at a local business - customers will enter to win for a limited amount of time - then when you collect your bowl you can contact everyone and tell them they have won a free mani session for them and 4 of their friends!
Social Media and Community Presence

  • Post on your page/vip group/instagram, etc whatever media you use!
  • Share the SSE, HE, stylebox, gift sets, etc.
  • Make a video for your facebook parties
  • Post a poll on your wall to decide your next mani
  • Find a vendor event
  • Hand out samples to 5 strangers
  • Ask 10 customers or Hostesses to write a review on your wall
  • Share holiday wraps with a purchase deadline
  • Do a giveaway on one of your pages
  • Do a funny post to get interaction
  • Search a tag on instagram and comment on 5 posts with that topic, asking questions can get you interaction

  • Pay It Forward!!  Take some wraps to a women's shelter, start a fundraiser, or do a friends nails just because
  • Post a take a tab poster on a local bulletin board - for free samples, host a party, learn about the opportunity
  • Pinterest - create a Jamberry board
  • Do a periscope with specific hashtags to get attention
Personal

  • Make a goal for the week, to break up your monthly goal into steps
  • Check the dashboard for updates
  • Complete a lesson in Jamberry U
  • Explore one new thing on the dashboard
  • Learn and Share - Look up something on google or youtube, etc. and share what you've learnt with your team
  • Reach up!  Schedule a coaching call with your sponsor, team manager, or Executive!
  • Post your monthly Goal so you can see it every day
  • Check your rank gap and write down what you need to do this week to get that next rank
  • Organize your receipt for tax time
  • Read a self help or direct sales book - focus on it for 30 minutes
  • Close to the end of the month?  Check to see how close you are to extra bonuses and marketing credits
Recruiting

  • Plant 2 seeds or offer 2 sneak peeks to our team group!
  • Get a potential recruit on the opportunity call
  • Take a friend to lunch and share the opportunity with her
  • Update your leads list and check in with someone
  • Make some opportunity packs
  • Mail an opportunity pack to an interested lead
  • Boost a post on your page for a specific demographic
  • Post 3 opportunity packs on your wall and let everyone know you have them ready to send out to anyone who is interested, show the insides and have something in them to make them exciting - candy, samples, file, etc.
  • book a one on one with someone to help them master their application techniques

Team Training

  • Check in with all your level 1's and encourage them to check in with their own level 1's
  • Message 5 team members and let them know how amazing they are
  • Do a ROAK (random act of kindness) send them a little goody, a letter, post a fun image on their page talking about how amazing they are
  • reach down in your legs and offer someone encouragement
  • mail prizes, incentives, congrats letters, etc.
  • check for jamiversaries, promotions, fast start achievers, etc.
  • challenge your team for a prize
  • challenge your team for fun - see who can be most productive in the next hour
  • post fun posts to boost moral
